SCWDP member? Then please read this:
Both Leland and I have been swamped (?) with e-mail requests for the (promised) SCWDP car window sticker. Here's the update:
Mark Jo (aka: 82SC), and good guy Bob Tilton have been putting their resources together to come up with an image file the printers can work with. They tell me work should be finished soon. I can't bug these guys, 'cause they have all the tools, not to mention the brains! I can tell you what I've seen so far from these guys is very nice! I have selected the printer, and plans have been made for an initial run of stickers. Once I actually have them in my hands, I'll post the ordering details. There have been many requests for not just stickers, but t-shirts, polo shirts, hats, jackets, grille badges, lapel pins....gasp...etc. Mark, Bob, Lee, and I are just now starting to realize how much work (and $$$) are involved just to produce a nice little sticker. Down the road, the rest of this stuff might come about, but unless another benefactor comes forward, don't count on it. Anyway, stay tuned, and keep the SCWDP faith!

You know, if there is honestly enough interest, I can have some Polos made with SCWDP embroidered on the breast.
We have Bomb Squad Tshirts made every year for work. The place that does it for us also does all the usual embroidery and stuff. I wouldn't do it for a profit, but i'd have to have money in hand when I placed the order... least that's how we do it at work. ![]() Tell me that wouldn't be funny.

See that guy standing next to Mikey in the picture under his name?
He used to drive a different kind of Porsche, now he has an SC. Mikey took him for a ride in his, now the poor guy is hooked. Just one more step towards SCWD. I wonder if we will run out of SCs before we run out of converts? |

I'd be interested in a SCWDP polo shirt and up-front the money for it.

Sticker, T-shirt and possibly ball cap for me. I like to be a little scummy during my nonwork hours so I'll skip the polo shirt. The troops are becoming organized! Yea!

Leland,
I had posted once before about the SCWDP. and someone busted my chop's about asking and not knowing what it was. .. so what is the low down with this group? I'd love to have a sticker and a shirt or hat I'd pay up front as well if i you were to come up with a price. How would i go about getting a sticker? As i am guessing that this is some what of an elite group composed of nothing but SC "simply the best damn 911 in the world " owner's. Eric Mckenna 78 SC |

Hope it wasn' t me who busted your chops, Eric. Do a search if you want to see the development of our plot to conquer the world. Leland Pate would be a good term to use in the search. It's never dull searching through Leland's old posts anyway.
For example, find the thread about the bunny rabbit. I think I squirted beer out my nose when I read that thing.

How about making a high quality image available? I wouldn't mind making a t-shirt with my handy dandy iron-on kit.
