row carrera and calif smog
Can a European spec 3.2 Carrera be made to pass California smog requirements?

I'm guessing you take it in for a referee inspection and they tell you what's missing? Does the car have a C.A.R.B. or EPA door sticker?

No problem as long as you have a US ECU with O2 circuitry. Then all you need is a cat with the O2 sensor. My '85 ROW would just pass with a CAT bypass but not by much.
