Tail-light plug terminals ID help

I am having problems tracking down some intermittent wiring problems with my tail-lights.

I have all the wiring diagrams (for '88 Carrera) but I want to check what is happening at the round plug for the tail-lights in the rear corners of the engine bay.
The wires are numbered on the wiring diagrams, but the plug isn't numbered.

The plug looks like this.

I want to know which wire should go to which bulb. Does anyone have this info handy.
Or - what are the pin numbers?

The centre pin seems to be earth.

TIA.

Problems solved.

#1 - The license plate lights died cos I must have shorted out the circuit while fiddling with them. The fuse is so small that I didn't see it was blown when I first checked it.

#2 - The brake lights stopped working because I disturbed their fuse while checking something else. Fuse fell apart when I took it out.

Don't you just love a happy ending.
