Has anyone used EVAPO-RUST rust remover

Im allways wanting to clean rust off of hardware and odds and ends around the garage. I dropped some nasty hardware into a container of the stuff tonite and will see what happens. i figure if it works well it will be easier then trying to sandblast small items.

anyone have any feed back on this stuff.

cheers ed

I soaked my rusty a-arms in it to clean out the insides that I couldn't hit with the sandblaster. It takes forever. Small nuts/bolts would probably be faster/cheaper to soak em in vinegar, and then clean them up with a phosphoric acid based prep (Eastwood fast etch/afterblast, picklex20....etc...etc...) Or a just put them in a tumbler

The name sounds a little hokey but hey, if it works I'd give it a try. Where do you get the stuff?
