What shop manual is the best to buy for working on my car and educating me?
Thanks Mike |

The Bentley SC manual is probably the shop manual you want. There is also Bruce Anderson's "Porsche 911 Performance Handbook" and Wayne's 101 Projects book. The Bosch CIS book is nice to have around too. Of course there is a lot of good casual info exchange here on the board and in the Pelican "tech articles". Dig in!

Agree. The new Bentley manual is excellent, as is Anderson's book.

You will also want to purchase the Technical Reference Parts Catalog, the Haynes manual (yeah, but it's cheap) and the Specifications book, which is a BEAR to find used (Performance lists them).
