Inner Door Handle Question

Will the inside slim armrests/handle with pushbutton door opener from a 1970 bolt up to a 75 without major modification?

Thank you, Travis

1970 cars had a pull lever opener similar to that on 75 model cars. What you appear to describe is the earlier armrest from 67 and earlier (maybe 68 too) that had a small push button at the front of the armrest. Whether or not the early style will work, I don't know for sure.

I have a 70 911T and a 67 912 doner. The door handle in the 67 is as pictured above, while the 70 has a mechanism that is similar to later models. I would guess that the inner door mechanism is the same, but there may be minor differences with the exterior mechanism.

Did Porsche maintain the mounting locations (the welded in nuts) for the upper & lower portion of the handle?

In that picture it looks farther forward and my guess is that they are probably different?
