Anyone know what Option Group F27 consists of for an 80 SC?

It's on the original window sticker and I'm curious what was included with this package.

Many thanks,

Noel

Are you sure it's F27 and not M27.

M27 was the designation for California cars.

Search the posts by using the word options. There was a home page that had a search engine by option groups. I thought that I bookmarked the page, but can't find it now

Old age I guess.

I have F26 on my 80. It's an option group. On my car it is an all-inclusive code for the Sport Group options. Those options were listed separately on the sticker, too. I don't know what F27 is per se, but it is probably a short-hand code for the related options on your car. Sorry I can't help you more.

This Thread has links to a couple different option decoders/lists, but I did not find F27. 027 is for California, but I believe this ended around 1980.

Option Decoder

A quick google search came up with a slightly more complete option list: Porsche Option Codes (pdf)

This list is neat (8 pages) and covers all cars since 1970. It's fun to see what kind of goodies were/are available.

But again, the only 27 is in option code 027.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Don
