Any Tricks to Installing Trailing Arms?
Hello,
I've installed new bushings in my trailing arms, and they don't want to slide into the car mounts easily; one side will wiggle part way in, the other barely at all. Any one have any tips or tricks to get them in? Thanks, Rutager

I used a 2-ton hydraulic press to seat my new bushings. May be overkill, but once the bushings are fully seated your trailing arms will slide right in.

Like stated above, the bushings must be pressed in properly. You can use a bolt, slide it into the arm where the bushings are making sure you have big washers on both sides, put a nut on the other end and crank it down until bushings pop in. Maybe a tad bit of lube on the bushings so they will slide in easier.
