had window replaced..rubber question

had my windshield replaced and used new OEM rubber, per threads i read here saying it was best to use OEM

just noticed that the rubber at the top corner on passenger side barely makes it over the channel and onto the roof and keeps sinking into the channel, like the rubber is just slightly too small to make a good connection with the roof of the car.

its no biggie and im not about to take the window out to sort this out

just wondering if this is common and is it worth using some silicone caulk under the rubber in this corner to build up something solid under the rubber for it to rest on so it doesnt keep sinking or is this futile

sorry no pic at the moment
