You really should read some of it. Then you wouldn't care what the prices were - you wouldn't want any part of it.

The front condensor is not likely to come up for sale EVER, it has the very same idiotic design flaw as GTI's. Better off with the factory supplied one.

Unless some way is found to BALANCE the rear condensor/(contents) cooling equation, say more cooling airflow at the times the engine fan air movement does not suffice, this "new" condensor design, or even GTI's equivalent, will prove to be no more advantagous than the factory one.

FYI last week I supplied my first PFC front and rear matched set to a Pelican member for DIY TESTING to a 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa owner who lives in central Florida and will post a report when he finishes his installation and testing results

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1371994254.jpg

Currently I am seeking a 1974-1989 911 DIY owner that lives and drives in extremely hot US desert climate states to be a TESTER for my matched set front and rear PFC’s at a reduced cost; if you’re interested private message me here give me a description about your 911 and the current state of your 911’s A/C system including any modifications or upgrades done to it. Don’t forget to include your real name your telephone number and your regular email address!

I have designed a superb performance and extremely efficient 911 custom made parallel flow micro-channel condenser using state of the art technologies!

I am proud of what I have created and I strongly believe my PF’s are the best solution in the world for the owners of early model Porsche 911 A/C design condenser problem at this point in time, and I believe that in most owner climate situations in normal ambient temperatures all that is needed for excellent 911 a/c system cooling temps is only a front and rear PFC using state of the art technologies!

For a year here I have kept anything to do with the business of selling my PFC’s here out of any discussions and have been only discussing my progress with what I have designed!

I AM NOT AN AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY!!! I am the only person I know in the world who actually personally makes their own condensers!
There is no competitor that sells 911 condensers to my knowledge that does not have someone else make what they sell themself

I am only a simple marine engineer with what I believe and know is a much better new A/C idea, that has carefully developed designed engineered & very successfully tested a new technology type of condensers specifically designed for early model 911s.

I have yet to offer anything for sale at Pelican Parts or the general public and have only made my PFC’s locally available through Stokes Automotive in Fort Lauderdale and have more test demonstrations coming

I am not interested in mass sales! I want a one on one relationship with anyone who wants what I make, and I am not sure this can be done with Pelican parts?
There are several a/c system installation variables for the different early model 911s and my PFC’s will fit into them all with some minor installation adjustments.

Recently there have been several questions put to me here that Specifically relate to The Business OF Selling by a few people here who have no intension of buying anything and I am going to ignore these questions at this time and only answer what I think is appropriate to say!

The Cost for my matched set of PFC’s which also includes my custom made a/c filter in a matched PFC set configuration only, will be $350.00 for the front clip PFC and $450.00 the rear deck lid contour PFC for a total price of $850.00, plus shipping and insurance costs by either FedEx or UPS, and comes with a one year limited warranty.

Now that I have finally publically stated A FIRM PRICE here for my PFC’s I expect most people to seek other solutions, I know what I have after a lot of testing over the last year and I know what it can do!

FYI: If someone decides to buy a matched set of my PFC’s which includes a front PFC and contour rear deck lid I PFC and One custom made a/c system filter, I will offer a restricted 7 day money back guarantee if someone decides to return during the 7 day restricted period of time, and they will only be accepted back for refund less any shipping charges if there are absolutely no damage whatsoever!

I am realist what I have designed is not for everyone; IF I don’t have any sales from the users here at Pelican it’s OK with me, I have local sales on a one by one basis to happy clients.

I am not interested in anonymously just selling parts from a catalog to the masses

I only want happy customers! Therefore I want to personally interact with every single one of clients on a personal basis; to make sure they have a successful installation of my PFC’s on their particular 911!!!

Because I sincerely care about the satisfaction to any customer of anything I make; I will personally spend as much time as necessary assisting them in any way possible and furthermore directly answering any questions they may have before during and after installation , and also giving them excellent installation advice and assist their professionally qualified a/c installers do a proper job installing my PFC’s. As I am only supplying PF condensers and a filter that are basically simple to install and I have no control over the condition of their other a/c system components or other needs their 911 a/c system may have it will be the responsibility of the 911 owner to consult a local qualified a/c shop to assist them with the proper installation of my PFC’s, however again I will be extremely interested more than happy to help their local a/c repair shop in every way possible to help insure my PFC’s are installed to Porsche’s factory high standards to make their 911 a/c system cold

If you’re seriously interested in what I have created as an excellent solution to make your 911 cold let me know!

To the noise makers here this is "MY ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTIONS"

I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ENGINEERED, DESIGNED and TESTED SEVERAL NEW 911 HI-TECH A/C SOLUTIONS & I AM PICKY WHO I SELL TOO THAT ARE DIY’ers and have apparently ruffled some feathers here by people I have rejected or THE FOOLS I would not put up with their non-sense or their agenda.

Oh Jesus, not this AGAIN!

At least you are persistant but you know the time to do testing is in the spring to get things ready to ship product for summer, not putting out an announcement when summer is almost half over with! Its been over 100 degrees here in Arizona for a month now...

The first post on this was 7/2011 and now its almost what... 7/2013 in a week. Some people just do not learn it seems...

BTW my 911 using Kuehl's system I have ice cold air coming out of my vents. After waiting for A YEAR to get product from YOU I went with the competition who had the parts in my hand in a week. You are still playing games with the 911 owners on this forum and thread.....

KelogGes 06-23-2013 02:17 PM

Joe get over it you were rejected a long time ago by constantly changing what you told me you wanted!
Enjoy the obsolete technology you bought GRIN

You never had any product READY for beta test or even sale when we ALL needed it Reid. You STILL do not have it ready for sale, two years on...

Big difference is that Keuhl had product ready years ago that works and works very well. This is still a hobby for you, yet you keep blowing smoke up others skirts trying to get them to work with you when pretty much the whole Pelican community has realized that if they work with you that they might get a A/C system for their 911... but in 2018!

You have fun on that boat out there! :)

KelogGes 06-23-2013 03:03 PM

I have had PFC's ready for over a year but decided to have them professionally installed and tested first before I made them available for DIY; I AM ON A SERIOUS PLAN and I am on schedule get over it or don't
You could have had them but I got tired of you changing what you told me you wanted and dropped you

KelogGes 06-23-2013 03:50 PM

It was fun and also ironic for me to watch/read the reaction to my announcements for my NEW EARLY MODEL 911 A/C SYSTEM DISCOVERY AND INVENTION only for installation at Stokes Automotive Porsche shop in south Florida and will never be made available for DYI's, I plainly announced a few months ago go right over the all the heads of the usual A/C threads noise makers WHO ARE SO STUPID THAT THINK I was referring to my front and rear PFC's.

not to mention my new "PFCE Evaporator" invention I finished that also has nothing to do with my New 911 A/C SYSTEM DISCOVERY AND INVENTION only for installation at Stokes Automotive Porsche

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1369541889.jpg

Yep I have been doing nothing related to 911 A/C's ROFL!

While all my competition have come out with tons of new 911 A/C product announcements LMAO!

KelogGes 06-23-2013 04:19 PM

I Truly feel sorry for the posters of their new thread 911 A/C problems seeking solutions, help, and information in the A/C threads here at pelican ALL being RUINED by the same old crap noise makers so much; that those of us with real A/C knowledge have stopped wasting our time posting helpful/useful info and just avoid them like the plague.

wwest 06-23-2013 04:25 PM

Those pictures/displays of center vent temperatures would be a lot more meaningful if the frame including one of the sensors below with the probe in the evaporator inlet and widened to show the fan setting.

It appears that ole' Reid has been huffing too much r134 as of late - or maybe he really is the mad scientist he's always telling us he is!

KelogGes 06-23-2013 05:20 PM

wwest you are the clueless idiot related to anything about the 911 A/C system and are the number one contender from the other top 10 plagues of crap posters here that damage absolutely every A/C related threads here!

You need to be removed from posting here because of the problems you cause that have ruined all the A/C Threads here. Take hint and get lost

To the unsuspecting go read any A/C thread here in the last 2 years where wwest has entered the discussion and you will see right away what I mean

wwest 06-23-2013 07:08 PM

So, what did you find wrong with my suggestion..?

Carbster 06-23-2013 08:34 PM

Damn this is entertaining. Hell this like a reality tv show lol.

I qm new to this 911 ac thing having just bought money pit. Common sense approach with thermodynamics leads me to believe a better technolgy with the condensers will dramatically increase surface area and exchange of heat. I think the other systems available have some rock solid reputations now, too bad we cant have it all in one huh!http://forums.pelicanparts.com/suppo...eys/paddel.gif

Reid is probably upset with trying to figure out how to get the sensor you suggested into his beer cooler alongside the other thermometer that he so often shows us pictures of.

sacoffee 06-24-2013 03:47 PM

I know you guys are good at debating, maybe you could help a brother and tell me what this stuff is and what it does for my AC because it needs help here in Houston

Just figured out tonight that the front condenser motor, inside trunk isn't working. Or at least not coming on while in my garage.

All installed by PO, not sure if he installed barrier hoses when converting from freon.

New compressor?
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1372117493.jpg
Not sure what these are for
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1372117523.jpg
Fans on condenser, do they help?
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1372117571.jpg

Joeaksa 06-24-2013 04:02 PM

Steve,

Open your rear decklid. Look on the INSIDE the upper part of the decklid. If you see somewhat of a line of oil or black stuff on the decklid, thats usually a good sign that the seal on the compressor has gone out and is leaking. Those are overhaulable BTW, but takes some good hands on knowledge. I never buy used, but spend the extra $$ on a new compressor, you just cannot tell if an overhauled unit is good or not.

The fan in the front of the car on that condensor must work or your pressures in the A/C system will get high and something will either leak or blow. The fan up front should have a fuse in-line to it, otherwise they have been known to catch fire. The fan can sieze and then overheats and can cost you the car, so the fuse is a good idea.

The double rear fans on the rear condensor are a good question. Some people like them for pulling air through the condensor at idle. Some people say they are not worth it.

Am guessing the two relays are for the two fans. Appears that someone did a good installation job and would hope that the hoses are the barrier type.

BTW, the colored cap on the compressor designates that the system has been converted to R-134.

Hope this helps,

Joe A

PS we are not debating. Many of us pinned our hopes on this "new style of condensor" then got yanked around by the product never being available. Look elsewhere for products if you decide to upgrade, this guy is not worth waiting on.

sacoffee 06-24-2013 04:35 PM

Thanks Joe, the hoses aren't stock for sure but the receipts from PO don't show them, only the compressor, fans, relays and R-134. Ordering a new fan and fuse set up for the front condensor.

I understand the physics of AC but not the mechanics, make since?

Anyway thanks for the reply
