FRONT CONDENSER ROCK GUARD INSTALLED; NOTICE HOW TIGHT MY NEW DESIGNED FRONT CONDENSER FITS THE BODY EVEN WITH THE THICKER SHROUD
NOTE: THE AIRFLOW WITH THE NEW BLOWER THROUGH THE FRONT CONDENSER IS INCREDIBLE AND REALLY MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE BOTH AT IDLE AND AND SPEED with THE NEW HIGH CFM FRONT FAN

YOU CANT TELL FROM THE ANGLE OF THIS PHOTOS BUT THE FRONT CONDENSER SITS COMPLETELY INSIDE THE BODY GIVING GOOD GROUND CLEARANCE

front condenser enclosed encapsulated exotic shroud designs

NOTE: The front condenser pictures emit and do not show the details of shroud inner workings

I don't want this published just yet as they are very exotic shroud encapsulated designs to say the least

Yeah. You need to be very careful.
Dave

thank you dave

DaveMcKenz 02-21-2015 03:17 PM

Reid,
I think your work is beautiful. It's kind of a tease to keep showing us your progress with the implication that "you make parallel flow condensers for the 911" when in fact you just make one or two prototypes. They are great. If you just said "here is what I have built", then nobody would have any expectations, and they would also admire your work, as I do.
Good luck,
Dave

THIS LAST PHOTO ALSO SHOWS THE NEW COMPRESSOR
IT WORKS OK BUT ITS NOT MY FAVORITE TYPE

PLUS NOTICE; IT SHOWS ON THE FAR RIGHT SIDE BACK UP UNDER THE RIGHT SIDE DECK LID HINGE THE CUSTOM VOV ORIFICE TUBE'S SILVER EXPANSION EXPANSION TANK. AN EXPANSION TANK IS NEEDED WHENEVER AN ORIFICE VALVE OR VOV VALVE IS USED; TO PROTECT THE A/C COMPRESSOR from exploding caused by liquid GETTING INTO in the compressor; because ORIFICE VALVES dump so MORE LIQUID REFRIGERANT AND IT GETS PAST THE EVAPORATOR !!!

911's normally only use TX or thermal expansion valves an therefore don't need

I have a hookup there, so will ultimately probably go there in the future. But, this micro stuff has me wondering if it's better, smaller, and lighter.

Annoying no questions get answered by the originator.

^^^ This is the OP's m.o. and one of the reasons he gets a lot of flack thrown his way (his holier than thou attitudes, and over-the-top salesmanship of something he refuses to sell, are also significant flack generators, buttofcourse). At least there is an endless source of humor to be found in these threads!

Tippy 02-21-2015 04:27 PM

Frustrating as I'm interested in the technology of it (or lack thereof :))

DaveMcKenz 02-21-2015 04:38 PM

Two years ago, I was going to install my a/c system. This yahoo was starting to advertise his stuff. I wished it was real. It was not. It still is not. Don't hold your breath. The guy is a big time obvious bull****ter.
Forget about him.
Dave

THANK YOU FOR THE KIND WORDS DAVE
For my PFC's they are no longer just a prototype they are a finished product and have been for about 2 years. I am just kind of picky who I decide to sell them to or make them for.

I have gone far beyond just my 911 pfc's

This Tan Swans new technology A/C SYSTEM was completed as a prototype about a year ago, I just never published until now. I also did another called A/C System the Black Swan.

I discovered something really incredible when I was almost done with the Black Swan, I have only told one person about this, who uses my technology in his Porsche shop; it has to do with the control of the gases on an early model 911. After I actually show him he was blown away.

I can't decide if I am going to release it to the world or just keep sitting on it?

But this TAN SWAN HAS IT

KelogGes 02-21-2015 05:35 PM

never mind

Keep sitting on it, please.

Please.

DaveMcKenz 02-21-2015 06:02 PM

OK Reid,
I guess I understand. It's your product. But if you want to show it around, why would you tell everyone they can't buy it. Kind of makes you look like a flim flam man.
Sorry,
Dave

95 F plus Ambient; Vent temps in the 30s; Humidity 90 %

THIS A/C SYSTEM WILL RUN MUCH COLDER BUT IT WAS THOUGHT BEST TO SET MINIMUM TEMP AT ABOUT 37-38 DEGREES F

WHEN VENT TEMPS ARE QUICKLY IN THE 30s the cabin temp soon after starting the engine with A/C ON QUICKLY drops; FAR BETTER THEN WHEN IT IS HIGHER! THIS IS WHY I DESIGNED THIS CAR TO GET SO COLD, AND IT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!

THE CABIN Air in any car is sometimes at first somewhere between 160-180 F or higher, just sitting in the sun parked;

On the TAN SWAN after you first open the door sit in the seat and start driving, its usually within a few blocks or less you are not sweating, then a mile later or so you will need to turn the temp up on this A/C System so you are not cold on this early model 911.

The colder and faster in minutes/seconds any A/C System drops the hot ambient cabin air the faster you don's sweat.

This is one ICE COLD 911, i have never seen or experienced another that gets cold this fast including even a brand new 2015 model

I am very happy how well this A/C System works to say the least !

Most Important the owner is very happy with his new 911 A/C investment!

DaveMcKenz 02-22-2015 05:35 AM

Reid,
You do beautiful work.
Why would you set the minimum temp to 37 degrees? Those are decent vent temps at 70 mph, but not spectacular.
Anyway, keep up the good work. I have already built my a/c system, so I am just an appreciative spectator.
Thanks,
Dave

DaveMcKenz 02-22-2015 06:02 AM

BTW Reid,
When I say you are a bull****ter, I don't really mean it in a bad way. I simply mean that you really like to talk about your stuff and show lots of pictures of your stuff.
Good luck,
Dave
