Difference between 3.2 engine ROW and USA version

I have been checking on the 3.2 engine data sheet and noticed that numbers (HP) from U.S.A. versions are different from ROW versions.

Can anyone please explain the technical differences between the two versions?

Is it possible to convert USA version to ROW version, considering that the latter is more powerful?

Thanks in advance.

Biggest difference is in cr, US is 9.5, RoW is10.3
another difference is the chip tuning, f/a ratios and spark timing will be affected by this
this doesn't affect power so much as longevity but all RoW cyliders are Mahle, US got a mix of Mahle and KS

Thanks Bill!

Do you mean that, to convert it, "only" have to change pistons and the chip tuning?
