so if I read it right it should need 15mm spacers (not much...) are the studs long enough or would you need longer ones (and are the studs in the hub or the bolts to hold on the wheel...
Thanks Bill

Either new studs or a spacer w/ studs

Something like this would work for the rears: H&R TRAK+® Wheel Spacers | Products || H&R Special Springs, LP

thnaks guys... I googled it and see it is a 964 (which I didnt think of till you said so)
this "potential" buyer isnt very mechanical sounding and so if it isnt "bolt on" he's most likely out, but thanks for the info and I read more posts from Bill regarding fitment...all good stuff CHEERS!

That car still has the US high-nose ride height. Probably scary driving on the freeway like that.

sorry but I have a really thick noodle -
having never run those bolt on spacers, do the spacers get bolted to the stock studs and then the wheels use the studs on the spacers (I Know the answer is yes) but if the spacer is thin wont the stock studs protrude into the wheel? - how does that work....anyone have a picture - seems like you would have 10 studs sticking out / wheel my "buyer" is coming several 100 miles and we want to be absolutely sure before committing to the trek TIA!

The proper way to do spacers is to have longer studs pressed into the hub and then put the spacer on (one with just holes) and then the lug nuts, making sure to get full thread engagement, or use open ended lug nuts.

I think it depends on the wheel. Fuchs have reliefs between the 5 places where the bolts go, right?
