Pop Out Qtr Window Frame Seal ?
I did a research towards this topic but find nothing : Is there any Seal (LH/RH)between the "C" Pillar and the little "Triangle" that attaches with 3 Screws the Frame to the Body on the Side of the Hinge ?. I noticed that some cars have them and some don`t . Which are the dimensions and function of this part ?

Yes -- not a gasket, but a triangular plastic spacer about 1/4 inch thick that goes between the triangular base of the window latch and the mounting point on the C-Pillar.
Part # 901-543-491-21 - 2 per car, not sided. Referred to as "Desk Pad" in PET. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the part per se, but you can see it installed in this picture. The white spacer under the latch mount. ![]()

Thank you very much for the part number. I was using washers to space mine properly. Please note, these may not be necessary for all cars. These were made to help space the hinge to account for dimension tolerance issues associated with hand building a car. My car doesn't need one for the passenger side, but needs one for the driver's side.

Gosh, I really wish I could have pop out windows on my '78SC!! My poor dog gets a lot of buffeting back there and her fur will swirl forward in the cabin, possibly showing that a draw in the rear windows would reduce/remove this.
Have any of you ridden in fixed rear window cars and noticed a big difference from your pop-out models? How much difference does it make with buffeting/swirling air in the cabin? Thanks, - Craig

I spent weeks driving around the western US with my bro's 1988. My pop-out windows are great and my bro wishes he still had them as is on his former, now mine, 1977. I hated not having pop-outs. The only thing better on the 1988 was the one piece air deflector. It was quieter at speed. I leave the pop-outs open all year. Great ventilation flow
you can install the pop-out windows on later cars not many threads on the back date but it's in the archives somewhere. If you find it and do the install start a new thread with pics and info w/links to the archive info good luck

I drove my 1979 SC for a year with fixed quarter windows and then swapped for pop-outs. It's fantastic. With the windows wide open, wind buffeting isn't a problem even approaching 100. Like RoninLB said, I leave mine open all year. Even last week, temps were in the low 50's in the morning and they circulate just enough cold air that when combined with the heat from the SSI's the car is incredibly comfortable.
