73 911E Turn Signal Problem
I have a 73 911E with a right front turn signal failure. The marker lights all work ok. The left side turn signals work fine front and back. When I use the right turn signal only the rear light flashes. I have replaced the bulb and get the same result. Any suggestions as to where to look next?

Sometimes the small brass contact that presses against the center of the bulb gets bent out of the way when you are removing and installing a new bulb. I would take off the lense cover, remove the entire assmebly and detach the rear cover. You can then give a careful inspection and check voltages if you have a meter. Get a meter if you don't have one. I think the US models have a two filament bulb for side marker and indicator, my euro 911 has seperate bulbs, but the fault finding is much the same.
