Thumbs up Saved by Mark, Redline Technik, Long Beach, Ca

Needed needle pin bearings for my Clutch Helper/Omega Ring, rang Mark up and 10 minutes later "INSTANT GRATIFICATION"

Thanks Mark,

Fellas, need hard to find parts, Mark's the man!

He recently helped Rnln with the clutch bleeder valve as well.

Very Cool Pelican!

Jim

Since I moved to Long Beach in 2009, I've been going to Marc.

I'd recommend him to anyone. His work is meticulous and he's great to deal with.

Marc carries the all-important Porsche long life high temp grease that you need for a proper clutch job too.

I've known Marc for many years, and his attention to detail, and doing the job the way that Porsche put the car together in the first place, is what separates him from the ordinary technician, right down to the washers used under the nuts on a coil bracket, or the routing of a cylinder head temp sensor wire harness. If you want to do a DE, but need your car to be exact and correct enough to take it to a wash and shine the next weekend, Marc's your guy.

Hey Dr. Z!

Do you know if Mark is on vacation? He hasn't answered the phone in several days. Just want to make sure he is okay?

Jim

Hi, Jim. That is a great question, I e-mailed him yesterday but have not had a reply. Not sure what he's up to, but thanks for your concern!

I don't know Marc, wouldn't know him if he stepped on my foot, but I bet it would still hurt really well!

Marc has been around a long time and if I can recall, his YODA was Mr. Zimmermann himself. If your looking for attention to detail and Porsche knowledge (and hard to find parts), he is the man. His Red Line Technik site also has really cool racing articles also.

RS Bob,
You've got that right, at 6'2' and 250lbs it probably would hurt. Thanks to everyone chiming in. I had an ear problem last week, kept me out for a few days now trying to catch up. The biggest bummer was it kept me from attending SEMA. Oh well next year. And remember, it's not about ego, it's ALL about the car.

Thanks Loren!
Off topic and non related, do you wrench on your Ducati, (belts n valve adj) or do you have a dealer do the work? Do you happen to know Scott Waters at Motoservicio, in Signal Hill?
