Indicators now work but both indicator lights on dash come on everytime
Thanks for reading my post.
I fixed my original problem by tracing the wiring loom and finding it was unplugged form the relay. Suffice to say, after pulling the steering boss off which in itself was hard enough and working my way to the indicator switch, it was frustrating to find. Anyway the positive is I now have indicators, a horn and a set of headlights that work. My issue is now that while the exterior indicators work correctly I have both lights on the dash flash regardless whenever I use the indicator. My gut feel is that it an internal problem with the switch but if I can get a fix without resorting to a new stalk then that would be great Geoff |

First, check your sockets for the indicator lamps for corrosion. It could be an easy fix.

Yep, they might be just 'acting' like a bulb is burnt out; It might take a few tries to get the socket clean, too. Also clean up the connectors to the housing.
