price check MFI transducer

Trying to get an idea what an MFI RPM Transducer would be worth in todays market. When I did a search, all I could find was people wanting to buy one. Thanks for any help.

An easy part to find. Call Pelican (Scott), they have many sources for Porsche parts
as should be apparent from this website. Cost should range from $50 for a core/used
to $150 for a rebuilt. If for a new part, good luck.

If you find one that is not working/needs repair, it is a rather easy repair. Usually the inoperative ones will rattle when you shake them...some of the transistor leads have broken and the body of the transistor(s) is/are rattling around in the case. I know that Flieger repaired an inoperative one. There are a few threads detailing the repair on Pelican if you do a search.

Here is one thread with some good info
For MFI Gurus. . .and friends of Warren . . .

I had mine rebuilt by Otto's in Venice. I forget what I paid, but was around $100.
