Under the dash...what goes here?
I removed my Behr under-dash A/C blower set-up and now it looks like Radio Shack barfed up there.
Is there a panel that mounts under the dash to conceal wiring?

Not from the factory.

yep
I used wire ties to get the wires and parts to not hang down past the lower dash pad on my SC.
