So I made my own out of MJF nylon, going to see how they hold up with some sun exposure and the heat of summer to come, but I think they'll do the job.

It took a while since I started with reverse engineering the stock ones with calipers, then found out there are differences between early and late ones (central locking) and lock cylinders are different from OEM and aftermarket sometimes... so it took a while to get everything dialed in and I designed around 3D printing instead of casting. I didn't track the hours. I also ended up modeling the lock wafers so if I need more I can have some laser cut if I can just find some 0.7mm brass stock. I was able to get what I needed with the OEM lock cylinders I bought plus what I had from the used parts I got for reverse engineering.

I'd love a set of these.
I drive my car a lot and it's typically pretty humid here, if you would like another set out being beta-tested. (I'll still pay for them, of course)

My car is in the body shop for a couple more weeks and I'd like to install them on my car first in case I need to make any more changes. Once I do that I'll follow up with you both. I would need to know what type of lock cylinder you have- early style without central locking or later style with central locking, and whether they are factory or aftermarket. The biggest difference is with the central locking and I'd have to change the design to suit. I think the Dansk or other aftermarket cylinders will work as-is but I'd have to confirm.
