Are wiper arms different L / R ?
On a 74', are wiper arms different left and right ?

I think there is a different bend in them, to fit the curve of the windshield.

That's what I'm suspecting as I realized the left one edge is standing a bit off the windshield...

They are different, one is bent, the other is straight.

No, the bent arm is the the top one when they are parked. It is the right arm if your wipers park on the left, or the left arm if the wipers park on the right.
