Can anyone please post pictures of a SWB rear section without the light boxes fitted?
I have seen some where a picture of a SWB chassis without the rear lights fitted, and it looks to me different from the latter chassis, where they are opened.
I really need to check this detail for the restoration of my SWB. I will really appreciate if someone could post some details of this area. Thanks in advance.

Alex,
The SWB rear tail light boxes were an integral part of the rear fenders, not available as a separate part. I recall buying a pair of fenders, sans tail lights, to build a ‘wide fender’ 911 in about ’69. Good to see your project progressing. Let me know how I can help. You have my email. Best, Grady

I have my quarters off the car (1968) and the light boxes off the quarters. Do you need chassis pics or quarter pics?

As my chassis has been converted to SC look they are opened. I would like to see some detailed images to try and recreate the original look. If you have the panels separated, it would be nice if I can have some details of the boxes. Thanks in advance.

Just like the front, the rear light boxes are listed as separately available.
Not sure if they are NLA but worth checking with Pelican or a dealer. Here's some detailed pics of a NOS one for sale if that helps FREISINGER MOTORSPORT - Porsche: Historic racing cars, Restoration, Tuning, Cars & parts Part # Left 90150306721 Part # Right 90150306821 Martijn
