Source for air injection port plugs?

does anyone have a source for some air injection ports for a 76' ? the ones listed here in the PP catalog look to be different than the ones I installed on my 3.0.

I was just about to post that the brake block-off plates won;t do a bit of good to plug the ports.

ya...i tried to make the correction before anyone noticed . plus i need some brake block off plates too!
