Did some 911T's not have an oil level...
...gauge?
If so, did the tank have a blank plate over the sender hole at the tank?

Standard T would not have oil level guage, unless fitted with the S appearance package, trim S brakes ect.
The tank stamping does not have a hole cut into it to fit the sender.
