Replacing omega spring -- other parts needed?

If you replace the clutch helper / omega spring, is it also a good idea to replace the bearings, shaft, spacers, end cap, etc. associated with the spring, or can you reuse the existing stuff and just replace the spring?

Just re-use existing without a problem. I've done 2 Omegas on my SC on the last 150K.

One right after I got the car (at 178K) and another around 250K.
