Interior color code Question!

I am having difficulty determining what type of tan/ cashmere/ champagne color my leather seats are. My Car has the 2 tone black carpets/ tan seats.

Based off the VIN porsche dealer gave me the following information

Carpet = 70E
LE
LG5
74? I forgot what this was for.

Cant seem to find any good resource for interior codes etc.

VIN # WP0EB0914GS161400

Any help would be much appreciated!

Once I figure out the code I'll be needing a pair of front seats (drivers seat is torn and worn to hell)!

PE is the order code for Champagne seats with Champagne carpet- PB was the code for Champagne seats with Black carpet.- both cars would have had a black dash & door sills.

"After calling 5 diff. dealerships all over the state, I finally found one who spent the time to research this. 928's up to '88 having this color (seat combo LG5) are called Champagne. '89 and up are Cashmere."

I found the above on Rennlist.

Thanks Tony. I found the same thing but was concerned the 928 designation differed to the 911, but why would it right? They would only be confusing themselves and us - wait a sec! They did confuse themselves and us!

I think the factory paint and interior codes are used for any model they produce. Some are only available on some models some years but they do seem to reuse the color from time to time. I think the 928 issue is a red herring. Think of Guards Red exterior, it was available on 911, 944's Boxsters and Caymans and newer 911's too. I'd be surprised if the Cashmere interior is one code for a 928 and another code for the 911...but then again...
