i`m using factory (from a friend from Stutt) yoke...i do have the universal if i get more engines in..do not like that one much but it does the job too.....To lift the engine in the stand i used el.hoist lift.......for spacing you can use any nuts and washers you have in the garage..i still have to mount the permanent yoke holder...

I picked up a QSC yoke off Amazon. No complaints, fit well, and less $$ than the official P201, even though it appears to be a pretty good copy.
