Flag Mirror disassembly question
I bought a set of mirrors from the classifieds to cannibalize for the motors. I've gotten them mostly apart except I can't figure out how to get the motor out of the rubber part. There are screws that hold the motor in, but apparantly no way to get them short of cutting up the rubber trim. What am I missing?

There are three screws to be removed and they are hidden under the rubber seal that waterproofs the assembly. Look under the metal piece that holds the glass, find the rubber seal and slide it sideways to expose the scews. It's a bit fiddly but it's do-able.
