How can I get more flow to my oil cooler?

Hey folks, is there any way to get more air flow thru my front fender mounted oil cooler? I have seen that little add on peice that goes in the place of your corner light, but it's just too ugly.

It seems as though there is no passage for air to flow to the cooler! is there anything that can be done?

Thanks

Mike

Make a scoop out of sheet metal under the cooler.
Even if it just hangs down a little it should help. No, I haven't made one for myself yet.

cut a 1"X 6" notch out of the top edge of the front valance, just above the fog light. it's barely noticeable.

The above suggestions are good for +30 mph (or so). For low vehicle speeds, stop and go driving, add a fan to the cooler. Spal makes a nice, small fan.

Thanks for the sugestions, I will try both Jw's and derkpit's but just curious, Sherwood, wouldn't the fan cause an airflow restriction at higher speeds? Sounds like good idea!
thanks guys!

I used to have a sheet metal scoop under the front bumper. This picture shows it, a little.

Sherwood, Who is spal? Do you have a link? Is it cheaper than the OEM one? TIA.
