Footwell Blower Troubleshooting Help Needed

I just completed a heater backdate on my '88 Carrera, and am having issues with getting the footwell blowers to work. This car does not have the automatic heat, it has the heater levers and 3-position switch to control the blowers. Here's what I've done so far:

Heater blower relay reed switch bypass
Checked all front fuses and connections
Checked all rear fuses and connections
No voltage at footwell blowers
Front relay clicks when pulling up on the left and right heater levers
No voltage at 3-position switch that controls footwell blowers

My FSM wiring diagrams only cover models with automatic heat, so I'm left guessing as to the power distribution with the simpler heating system. If anyone has the correct diagram that would be a big help. Any suggestions welcome.

In my 88 carerra when the rear engine hot air motor blew, the power to the footwell blowers went out. Meant to be this way. Good luck. Glenn
