AEM Wideband o2 install?

I just received my AEM wideband that Bisi is selling in the classified section and I have a couple questions while I prepare for install

I have searched but no thread really spells out the install

I understand most everything except where the 0-5v output gets connected to? I think this gets connected where the old o2 sensor connected in the engine bay under fuel filter but I want to make sure before I screw something up?

If I understand it correctly the 0-5v output is basically giving the DME the signals from o2?

I use the 0-5v output to go to my Megasquirt 3 for O2 input.
