Voltage Regulator - where does the condensor go ?

I have an external VR and while adjusting it, i noticed the condensor was absent.
It should connect to which terminals ?

You don't say what year car or alternator regulator type, but hopefully this will help.

Thanks, yea forgot to mention that, but first and 2nd pics apply to me.

So it goes to EXC terminal.

Funny, my VR is mounted with the leads down ward, but this way is really more accessible.
