how to remove weber manifold studs

Trying to remove the manifold studs without ruining the manifolds. Do they unscrew or press out? Do you have to drill them?

best way is with a collet stud puller (our host sells them) BUT you do have to pull the manifold off, pretty easy job, 6 nuts.
