Porsche Crest Introduction

Hello all. I just wanted to introduce myself as ive hoped to find a home here at pelican. Although Im not in the "club" yet, I am in search of my first Porsche. Ive been a motor head, and motorsport fan since a very wee age, and as ive gotten older and began to have some blessings come my way, Ive wondered where I should go with this passion of mine that runs so deep. Suddenly it dawned on me what a Porsche truly is and ive fallen in love with all different types of these cars. The one I want to own most is the 930 Turbo and then hopefully in the future I can start other projects and add a couple more 911's to my collection. Just wanted to say hi and as soon as I make my purchase you will certainly be hearing alot more from me. A short bio--Young Male almost 30, Live in North Texas, Involved with Investment Real Estate, Major Motorsport fan of all sorts, with F1 and Sports car racing at the very top. Look forward to meeting some of you and hopefully building some friendships away from the forums with some of the Texas guys or any area for that matter. Good luck to everyone as we all seem to have somewhat of a common goal here and that is to Truly get to Experience all that Porsche is--Blake Small

Welcome, I drove across Texas a month or so ago on a Porsche adventure to trade out a motor in my '83 SC. Had some real weather along I 20.
Great cars and this is one of the most active car sites I've ever seen. Rivals the HAMB for hot rodders.

Goodluck, a 930 is a major piece of Porsche history, and if you obtain and maintain one, you will be doing a great thing!
