Hai.. I just lost one of my cross spring.can i still use the calipers? Is there any harm if i still drive the car without the cross spring? Thanks in advance

Assuming it's a pre-89 911 non-turbo, the cross spring puts tension on the cross pins and pads to prevent rattling. As long as the pins fit tightly (some are press-in, some are clipped in) then there's no problem with pads falling out.

Providing the year of the car would really help answer your question better.
