Time for another Round... Name That Part!
I apologize if this is too easy. I was working on the Quick-n-Dirty heater backdate (going well, another thread another time) and broke off this wire. What is the part it connects to?
Obviously, I will need to splice on a replacement and so forth, but I am curious as to what exactly it is. ![]()

That big doing gold thing is your oil pressure sender.
Pretty important in my book! ![]() Just pull off the spade connector and crimp a new one on there. |

Oil pressure sending unit. Tells the gauge what psi you are running - or how many bar.

If you get the urge to swap the sender out for a new one, be sure to search this forum for advice on doing so before you jump in. Engine case crackage may result if you try to wrench it off by itself.
