3 unconnected items in the engine compartment. Any help as to where they go?

Hello,

I just finished changing the sparks on my car (as part of my attempt to fix the bad running, which was caused by the failed OXS relay).

the car is a 1980 911 SC

As I did this, I noticed 3 items in the engine compartment that are not connected to anything. This seems strange and I was wondering if any of you knew what they were and where they went...

in this first picture, the 2 items are a nipple on the left side of the air box. This is opened to the air, by passing the filter, which seems strange... is it suposed to connect to something or should I plug it?

The 2nd item is a hose, which seems to be comming through the back wall toward the font of the car. No clue where it connect on the other side and no clue where it should connect on the engine side...

In the 2nd picture, the offending items is a disconnected 2 prong connector comming from the wireing harness that splits under the intake manifolds on the left side of the engine...

any clue what that one might be?

Thanks,
Cyrille

The air box ports are indeed plugged, they appear o have a hole in them, but are actually depressions.

The hose looks like remnants from A/C

The hose is most probably from the charcoal canister located on the right side in front of the oil tank in the engine bay. It is plugged into the nipple that you've circled. The electrical connector is not used in your year 911.

the black cable looks like it has a cable going to the throttle. something for a cruise, maybe "poor mans cruise" i dont know what the factory cruise looks like.

plug the air box hole if it is open.
