Hello,
I ordered these things new from Porsche according to an older post on this forum: Right side hot air duct turbo 930.106.321.02 Left side hot air duct 911.106.327.00 Cover plate (left side) 911.106.036.00 Engine cover (left side) 911.106.827.00 Air Duct Support 911.106.331.00 ![]() but I was wondering where this part serves for: Air Duct Support 911.106.331.00 ![]() can anyone explain please? maybe it's self-explanatory when I'm at the car, but at the moment I don't know where to put it ![]() Thanks! |

It screws onto the right side where I circled. The other end will screw into the engine shroud.

you still probably need the left side tin with a hole for the hose.

Johan,
Looks good. Where did you get the flexible hose from? How many feet did you use?

Hi Lou,
it's actually brake ducting used for racing and can withstand temperatures up to 290°C. I think you can buy it in every racing-shop. I used about 2 metres, maybe a bit less. Greetings, Johan |

Is the original black covered aluminum ductwork available? To my eye, it seems to look the best in this application. The orange hose should go from the exchangers to the heater control valves.
Obviously, it works well in either place.

Jack,
The original black covered aluminum ductwork is still available and that's what I have on mine currently. The problem with it is, it's not very flexible and touch to fit it on the left side duct using the original SC tin. I got it on but it has a slight tear in it that bugs me. It works for now.
