What is this 911SC part?
I opened up the compartment that holds the shifter linkage and found this "part" laying at the bottom. Does anyone know what it is? Cause for concern?

If my failing memory is correct it is one part (top or bottom) of a wire connector/joiner.

That is a commom Porsche 2-circuit blade type connector housing. Here is a picture of one in an original 79 SC headlight bucket:

Speedometer wires connector........
