sensor question
can someone tell me what these 2 sensors are?

The one to the left side is the cold start injector que

Meaning it is the interface between how warm your engine is and whether or not CIS needs to spray extra gas through the cold start valve on the back side of your engine.
Engine hot, no need for an extra spritz to get her going. Actually, it's pretty robust when the CSV sprays. Sensor is also called the thermotime switch. It's more of an on off decider - hence the term que.

Sorry to jump in ..
So when converting over to Webers the sensor to the left can be disconnected.. ? |

Thermal time switch
It shouldn't be needed if you converted to Webers. However, it sure would be nice to be able to choke down the Webers when starting from cold as your leg can get quite tired keeping the engine running until the Webers are able to keep it going!
