Starting Problem
My 87 Carrera has recently developed an issue where it needs to crank for about 20 seconds before it starts. I had this problem on an old Mercedes with Bosch K-Jetronic and it was an accumulator problem but this car doesn't have this system. Could it be a cylinder head temp sensor issue? It runs great and starts warm, just a problem with super-long cranking for cold starts.
