Unplug lisc plate lights, reach up in there and unbolt 3-bolts on each, pull 'em off...they'll probably feel stuck. Then figure out what you're going to do with the holes

What year car? As has already been stated the big short hood ones are held on by three bolt accessible from back side of bumper.

On my Carrera I had to remove a heat shield. No need to remove muffler. Lift car and place on jackstands so you have some room to work. Heat shield is three screws up top and three nuts at bottom where the heat shield meets the valance. Wear safety glasses I had two dustpans full of road gravel stuck between my heat shield and valance. Once the head shield is out you can see the nuts holding the bumper guards to the bumper. Be careful with the license lamps as they get brittle with age and may fall out in pieces. You can just unhook the wiring from the back if needed. -J

Ah yes, my SC didn't have a heat shield, and my Fabspeed "muffler by-pass" pipe does make it a tad easier to access.

Overall it was a 20 minute job, here's before and after. I'm need to source red plugs

If it's an impact bumper car, I filled my holes with plugs purchased at Lowe's. They looked ok unpainted in black. I then painted them with touch up paint I have, they are unnoticeable from 5 feet.

I'm sporting that same look in green. It looks better even with holes.

Now to check Lowes

i just took the ones off my 930. igot some of those round head bolts from lowes, powder coated them black and bolted them in. looks like bolts that hold on the bumper.
the real problem is the lisc plate light.
there are several options out there. i went with an aluminum plate frame with lights in the top. i have not finished wiring it up. i have lost interest in the 930 since my WUR has been out to be modified for 3 months now and there is no end in sight as to when i will get it back. so the car is on jack stands and the bumper is on the bench.
