Diagnosis from Ollie's
Hello Bill
We have the heads all inspected. 3 of the exhaust valves are burnt and all the valve springs are bad 2 are already broken this is a common problem on early 3.0 heads. We do recommend a valve job, resurface, replace all guides and replace all exhaust studs. The labor cost is 849.00 parts 388.00 plus shipping. Let me know what you would like to do Thanks Ike Ike figures they will ship by next wed! Seems like a good thing I dropped that bolt into the works. |

I would find out how much more it would cost to get them drilled for twin plugs while they're out, you know your gonna want to do it later.
