Shortened hub adapter
Has anyone had any experience in shortening a Momo hub adapter to move the steering wheel closer to the dash? I'd like to install a removable steering wheel adapter, but the combination would bring the steering wheel too close for comfort.

Jack Olsen just posted a thread this last week wherein he did just that. I believe he purchased a Mod 7 wheel... Might help in your search

Yep. Make sure you make a solid decision about where you want the wheel, relative to the dash (and the driver). And then also note that I (probably) did the modification in the wrong way with my hub. All of it's here:
Steer me right... I'm very happy with my lightly-modified Momo Mod 07 wheel. ![]()
