Open Lug Nuts
I have searched extensively, but would like some opinions on specific products. Does anyone have experience with Track Studs? Out host sells Rennline (obviously a very reputable company), but I almost am certain that I read somewhere that some people had fitment issues due to the radius of the seat. Thoughts? These will be used on a street driven original 73 T with Fuchs.
Thanks

You need the ball seat vs. cone seat lug nuts. Here's a pic:
![]() I don't know anything about the studs you mentioned. Pelican sells the normal studs that can be pressed in. If Pelican doesn't have them you can get them from someone like Paragon. Same for the lugnuts. |

Hi jac1976,
I'm running the Rennline steel open-ended lugs and have had zero fitment issues. I'm using Fuchs 7+8/16 and the lugs are perfect. ![]()

I'm using stock VW/Porsche steel lug nuts. Part number N-020-112-1
I think they are the same as the Rennline ones |
