				930 case number

I adjusted the valves and did a tune up this weekend (first time...went well) and was curious about my case (block) #... it starts with a 930.... Shouldn't it start with a 911 or 901? If this is a 930 (turbo) case then does this mean that it is stronger or anything? Also, I am still having the idle searching that I was having before...to the point that the engine surges up and down till it dies. Any suggestions where to start? Brian

The 930-prefixed number is correct for an SC. Many parts of Turbo lineage in our N/A motors. Be glad. Some earlier Porsches were not so lucky.
