Seems like that good looking guy with the beard is always following you around!

Great car and fantastic photo shoots too.

If I may... it is oak green. Best 911 color IMHO - and supposedly Ferry Porsche's favorit color (at least his Turbo 3.0 was this color)

indeed it is just "dark green" (6852) and not the oak green, as the owner confirmed to me.

finally got myself a set of sporty tires (Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 in 205/55, 225/50) and a new set of Maxilite Fuchs Replica (7/8x16)...

they were powder coated in satin black this morning…

Ha! I was wondering if you were going to roll with the SC look (polished lip), but I see you went back to your original look. So you didn't have 7/8 before? Why the maxilites?

I have original Fuchs 7/8x16 as 911 partsnumber… though Plastidipped and I wanted to reverse that.
and save them so they not get hurt or stolen.

I baught Maxilite, as these cost a third from a used OEM set.
And they are very well made.

Flo
I've been running those Yoko Advan for years. I like them. Got them mainly for my track days but they have been fine even if I get caught in the wet, which I try not to do.

205 X 50 X 15 I ended up installing longer wheel studs.

And then my 245hp 81 twin plug 3.0L in my 72. You can see I don't mind drifting away from those purist view points.

Flo, what were your prior tires, and how would you describe the difference in feel?
