Source for "sleeve washers?"

Braintrust:

I'm looking for a source for a particular fastener type. Sometimes called a "bobbin" or "sleeve washer. See pic. Need quantities of 100 at a time.

Any help with a source would be appreciated. Running out of ideas. Traditional sources like McMaster, Fastenal, etc.. striking out.

Looks like a flanged bushing. What are they made of? Did you check motion industries?

Steel. Sort of a bushing but traditional bronze won't work.

Finding some promising links searching for "Steel flange bushing"

Flanged bushings are typically too thick, based on what I found

Do I understand correct, threads inside?

If so, look for front sprocket fasteners of bicycles. Lot of different types and materials there, steel, SS, titan, aluminum.. looking like this:

No threads. It's a strange brake hat/bell bobbin assembly

get something like pictured above and finish it on a lathe to your specs. but then 100 at a time might be tough.

We'll keep looking but in the meantime I've got two shops quoting me for making them. Not ideal because they'll cost 10x as much but it's this or nothing for some of our customers....
