Last time I changed Cv joints I used moonplates with Nordlock washers and 5 mm longer bolts! Not taking any risks with this as I've heard enough horror stories...

ok...i just got some 55mm M8 hex head bolts, 100mm dunebuggy moon plates, and some 5/16 schnorr washers on the way. I think that should just about cover it.
BTW, my track car has the bolts drilled and safety wired
