On the upper bearing, I injected grease into the bearing before installing the Mitch Leland bushing. Lower bearing will just have to wait.LOL

How did you inject grease into the upper bearing? I ask because it's closed pretty tight on the outer surface



I'm not saying it's not possible to inject the grease. Just curious how you did it. It would seem that you can shoot some aerosol grease into the narrow opening. I have an aerosol can of Wurth HHS2000 grease (I think it's called HHS K nowadays) and it works great.

I did just what you said. I used an aerosol can of something called "Red Grease". It comes out of the aerosol can ( red straw nozzle) as a thin liquid and sets up later like a real grease. Sprayed it in through and around the periphery.
